Job Brief:
YBSG Sales Coaching is looking for an enthusiastic BDR to generate sales opportunities either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced and competent environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products.
A successful BDR must be friendly and persuasive. Must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.  We are seeking candidates who are passionate and are go-getters!

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities:
*Cold call businesses using a given phone directory and generated leads to sell products
*Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
*Responding to incoming emails from prospective customers
*Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
*Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
*Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
*Record the customer’s personal information accurately in the system
*Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
*Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
*Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
*Actively participate in virtual team meetings and weekly virtual training
*The position is a direct report to CEO

Requirements:
*5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative or similar sales role
*Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
*Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
*Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
*Persistent and results-oriented
*Patient and able to handle customer rejection
*High school diploma; BBA/Ba is a plus
*Strong written, presentation, and verbal communications skills
*A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates
*Above average organizational and time-management skills
*An optimistic outlook and a great sense of humor
*A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
*The ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
*Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement is mandatory

Compensation Plan:
Commission Only Position.  Salary + Commission negotiable after six-month probationary period
Telework only position (Work From Home)
A corporate cell phone will be provided for company usage only
